Our resources are free.

You can order from our range of resources, listed in our Resource Library, for your own use or to use in your advocacy service, health service or aged care service.

Please note:

• Aged Care Quality Standards resources are not available for hard copy order. These are only available to download in our Resource Library.
• downloadable versions of Charter of Aged Care Rights resources can be found on our website, via the links below:
  • A5 booklet
  • Poster

Hard copies of the English versions of both the A5 booklet and the A3 sized poster are available at no cost from National Mailing and Marketing (please quote I50149).

Our resources can:

• help people understand their options to provide feedback, raise a concern or lodge a complaint within the aged care service or with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission)
• support aged care staff to resolve concerns within the service.

If you order or provide feedback about our resources we will collect your name and contact details.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how the Commission complies with the Privacy Act 1988 when handling personal information. You may wish to refer to this policy before proceeding.

How to place your order

To order printed resources please fill in and submit the form below to notify us of your order request.

To fill in the form: 

1. Click on the resource type you are interested in to drop down the language options,
2. Click the checkbox next to language of your choice,
3. Type the number of copies you would like to order in the box under the resource, as per the image below.
    

After submitting the form, you should receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been received. Order quantities will then be reviewed and, if available, your resources will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If any of the resources you have requested are out of stock, they will be distributed to you as soon as they become available.
