The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 15 February 2022.

Following an assessment contact conducted on 03 June 2020 to 04 June 2020, the Commission made a decision that improvements have been made to the service to ensure that the Aged Care Quality Standards are complied with.

Following a site audit the Commission made a decision on 02 January 2020 that this service met five of the eight Aged Care Quality Standards. The service is re-accredited for two years until 07 March 2022.
