Accreditation decision

Following a site audit conducted on 30 September 2019 to 4 October 2019, the Commission made a decision on 8 November 2019 to re-accredit this service for a further period.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was affirmed following reconsideration on 9 December 2019.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 22 November 2021.
