About these workshops
These online workshops, one for home services and one for residential services, complement the guidance and resources on the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).
The sessions include activities to help providers meet their SIRS requirements. They focus on obligations and understanding reporting processes.
Please note: the residential services session is a condensed version of the full-day SIRS in residential services workshop run between December 2021 and July 2022.

Audience
Providers of aged care home and residential services at the middle management level. This may include:
- coordinators
- service managers
- quality managers
- educators
- supervisors
- team leaders.
You’ll need a sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Cost
$50 per person (excluding GST).

3.5 hours.
