In this regulatory bulletin, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) discusses the workforce-related responsibilities of approved providers, including the additional responsibilities for 24/7 registered nurse coverage and care minutes that are being introduced from 1 July and 1 October 2023 respectively for approved providers of residential aged care.
