This workshop is focused on the drafted strengthened Quality Standards and will assist you to understand the changes from the current Quality Standards. It will help you to identify
- ways in which your current practice already aligns with the strengthened Standards, and
- areas of your service and processes to focus on so you’re ready for the implementation of the strengthened Quality Standards.
As this is an introductory session, and is based on the draft legislation, the workshop does not include information on provider categories, evidence required to support conformance, or the audit process. Future workshops and additional resources are being developed by the Commission on these topics.
