We provide education and training to help you understand your obligations and provide safe, high-quality care.
We’ve created learning content to help aged care workers and providers understand their obligations and supply safe, high-quality care.
Our learning content is available on the Aged Care Learning Information Solution (Alis) website.
Aged Care Learning Information Solution (Alis) login
To use Alis, you need to register online.
You can use Alis on any internet-connected PC, laptop, tablet or phone.
It's not compulsory. Aged care workers and providers don’t have to use Alis.
Costs for Australian Government aged care workers
Access to Alis is free for Australian government-funded aged care providers and their employees. Access to Commission workshops carries an additional fee of $55.00 (incl. GST).
Costs for private aged care workers
Private aged care providers need to pay to use Alis. The cost depends on how many users the provider has.
Number of Alis users | Annual price per user (incl. GST) |
1–25 | $30 |
26–50 | $24 |
51–100 | $19 |
101–350 | $14 |
351–500 | $10 |
501+ | $7 |
Non-aged care workers
People who don’t work for an aged care provider can also use Alis. The same fees apply as for private aged care workers.
Cost examples
For 1 year:
- 25 users will cost $750 ($30 per licence)
- 40 users will cost $1,110 ($30 for the first 25 users and $24 for the following 15 users)
