The Department of Health’s ‘My Aged Care’ provider portal is undergoing a planned outage from

11:15 pm Friday 21 February 2025 (AEDT) to 8:00 pm Sunday 23 February 2025 (AEDT)

Approved providers that need to submit a SIRS notice during the outage to meet their reporting deadline should download the approved SIRS Notice Manual Form and submit the form to sirs@agedcarequality.gov.au.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will not be able to perform a ‘Bulk SIRS Notice Upload’ during the entire period of the outage.

Furthermore, the ‘Bulk SIRS Notice Upload’ spreadsheet cannot be accepted via email, so please upload the spreadsheet through the My Aged Care Portal once it is functioning again.

If, as a result of this outage, you find that the SIRS legislated reporting timeframes have not been met, you are required to upload the spreadsheet through the My Aged Care Portal and then send the details in an email to: sirs@agedcarequality.gov.au.
