About this workshop
This online workshop covers processes, guidance and examples of effective Incident Management Systems (IMS).
It also covers how maintaining an effective IMS helps your reporting under the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).
The workshop has been developed based on sector feedback. It's particularly relevant to anyone new to the sector or seeking an introduction to IMS.
Please note: this is a revised version of the IMS content covered in the full-day SIRS workshop run between December 2021 and July 2022.
