Prudential Standards – Investment management strategy

This provider fact sheet explains the investment management strategy requirements if approved providers invest the refundable deposits or bonds in financial products.

The Commission seeks to ensure that all approved providers that hold refundable accommodation payments are meeting the regulatory requirements of the 4 Prudential Standards.
