Following a site audit conducted on 15 August 2023 to 17 August 2023, the Commission made a decision on 23 October 2023 to re-accredit this service.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 11 February 2027.

Following a site audit conducted on 28 May 2019 to 29 May 2019, the Commission made a decision on 11 July 2019 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 13 April 2022.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 11 February 2024.

Compliance monitoring update

An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 09 October 2019 at Bupa Ashbury to monitor the service’s progress in meeting the Aged Care Quality Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Aged Care Quality Standards.

Following an audit we decided that this service met 43 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 11 August 2022.
