Following a site audit conducted on 20 June 2023 to 22 June 2023, the Commission made a decision on 27 July 2023 to re-accredit this service.

Following a site audit conducted on the 02 April 2019 to 03 April 2019, the Commission made a decision 09 May 2019 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 24 March 2022.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 21 December 2023.

Compliance update

Following an assessment contact conducted on 27 February 2020, the Commission made a decision that improvements have been made to the service to ensure that the Aged Care Quality Standards are complied with.

Following an assessment contact conducted on 14 November 2019, the Commission made a decision that the approved provider of the service is non-compliant with one requirement of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Compliance monitoring update

An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 03 July 2019 at Uniting Mullauna Blacktown to monitor the service’s progress in meeting the Accreditation Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards.

Following an audit we decided that this service met 43 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 21 June 2022.
