If providers are found to be non-compliant with their responsibilities, we tell them about the regulatory actions we'll apply.
We also publish their details in our non-compliance decisions log by financial year. Previous years can be found in the decision log archives.
The decision logs contain all non-compliance decisions for each financial year. A service or provider remains on this list even after returning to compliance.
Star ratings show the compliance information about residential aged care services. You can check a provider's current star rating or compliance status at My Aged Care.
