The previous approved provider of the service was non-compliant across all  Standards 1-8 of the Quality Standards. This finding of non-compliance does not transfer to the new approved provider. The Commission will continue to closely monitor these areas at the service.

In order to give effect to continuity of accreditation the Department of Health has, under Section 42.5 of the Aged Care Act 1997, made a decision to grant ‘exceptional circumstances’ to this service
