Following a review audit conducted on 4 June 2018 to 13 June 2018, a delegate of the CEO of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency made a decision on 10 August 2018 to revoke accreditation of this service. The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 4 October 2018.
The approved provider of the service meets 8 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards.
The Review Audit Report is attached.
Serious risk decision
On 22 June 2018 the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency made a decision that failure by Christadelphian Homes Limited to meet expected outcomes in the Accreditation Standards in relation to Ridgeview Aged Care placed, or may have placed, the safety, health or wellbeing of a care recipient of the service at serious risk. Serious risk is not an ongoing state; it is a statutory decision based on evidence at a point in time.
Please note: As at 14 September 2018, Warrigal Care is now the Approved Provider for this service. The service has been renamed Warrigal Mount Terry.
